CQ Researcher CQ Researcher is a weekly publication that covers the most current and controversial issues of the day with complete summaries, insight into all sides of the issues, bibliographies and more. CQ Researcher is limited to 10 simultaneous users.
ERIC (EBSCO version) The largest educational database, indexing over 1 million items - journal articles (60%) and unpublished documents (research reports, curricular materials, etc.). For recent years, 1/3 of the journal articles are in full-text and almost all documents.
JSTOR JSTOR provides access to an online archive for 700+ full text scholarly journals throughout the arts and sciences. It includes online backfiles which extend from the first issue to within 3-5 years of the current issue. See JSTOR website description for details.
Project MUSE Project MUSE provides access to full text scholarly journals which cover the fields of literature and criticism, history, the visual and performing arts, cultural studies, education, political science, gender studies, etc.
Scientific American Archive Online The archive currently contains all the articles from Scientific American magazine, from January 1993 to the present. Articles open in PDF format. If your browser does not open the PDF files, click on HELP at the Scientific American website.
SocINDEX with Full Text An extensive database to scholarly publications in sociology, social work, and related fields, indexing over 1 million academic periodical articles and other materials (40% in full text). Deep coverage back to the 1960s and as far back as 1882.
